History

The History page gives you a complete log of all PDF conversions and validations performed by your team. Navigate to History in the main menu.

Conversions

The Conversions tab lists every PDF creation and XInvoice generation. Each entry shows:

  • Type — Whether it was a PDF conversion or XInvoice generation.
  • Initiator — Who or what triggered the operation (a user via the dashboard, or an API token).
  • Input / Output Size — The size of the source content and the generated file.
  • Created At — When the conversion happened.

Validations

The Validations tab lists every PDF validation. Each entry shows the initiator, input size, and whether the document was compliant or not.

Usage Tracking

History is scoped to your team — all members with the appropriate permissions can view it. This makes it easy to monitor API usage, track quota consumption, and review past results without needing to re-run operations.
